Our recent expansion into Unit 32 means that
we can now process computers much quicker and reduce waiting
time. Whilst PCs are virus scanning and installing
Windows, our technicians can now begin work on other PCs.
All work is carried out by our qualified technicians with
the shop proprietor on hand to ensure that all work reaches
our high standards. |

The ever changing world of computers means
that we are continually updating our diagnostic software.
The latest additions to our toolkit ensures that we can
diagnose more problems, more efficiently. Problems are
now solved much quicker and PCs returned to their owners
with all work carried out according to instructions,
together with recommendations for future improvements.
Many PCs exceed customers expectations once we have
optimised their systems. |

Completely PC is no longer a one-man
business, and we have introduced an improved e-mail system
to ensure that the correct person receives your question or
correspondence to ensure a quick response. Our
technical staff are available for advice and support via our
On-Line support, whilst all sales staff are trained to Level
3 (A-Level) in IT related subjects to ensure that you
receive the best advice possible. |
INCREASED ON-LINE SERVICES

We now have a full-time member of staff to
look after our website and mailing list, who will also be
looking after on-line sales. It is now possible to
pre-order your goods via this website, ensuring that the
items are in stock when you call to collect them. This
greatly increases our range of goods available at our
competitive prices. Meanwhile, the mailing list will
be compiled by our Technical Clerk bringing important
