Our free mailing list contains information about the latest happenings in the computing world, including virus threats and how to avoid them.  It also contains information about special offers in our shop in St Govans Centre, to enable you to get the bargains before they're all gone.

Workshop Repairs

Windows and viral problems can be resolved by our technicians who work directly from our workshop in St Govans Centre.  Nothing is sent away or sub-contracted.  Physical problems can also be rectified promptly due to our range of spare parts constantly in stock.

On-line Repairs and Technical Support

Our Live-Help system allows us to send our toolkit programs directly to your PC and can rectify problems with your settings, software drivers and other problems with the everyday workings of your PC.

Non-Technical Support

LiveHelp also allows us to give advice and support in a variety of applications.  Our support team are fully qualified in all modules of the Microsoft Office suite and many other programs, and will help you to get more from your PC.  This system is as good as having a personal tutor by your side.

Installations

One of our technicians is occasionally available to visit you for on-site work in order to install and configure hardware which would be impossible to do in our workshop, such as home networking or wireless internet set-up. House Calls can be booked via our telephone number or in our shop at St Govans Centre. Please be aware that house calls are limited due to the amount of work within our workshop, if we cannot provide you with the help you need we can always recommend other on-site workers who would be available.

One-to-one Tuition

As you may not know we have recently expanded our workshop and now have the facilities to be able to offer a one-to-one service to all customers. Maxine Roll's current member of the BCS (British Computer Society) will be giving one-to-one tuition in a variety of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.
